IQ-EQ in Manila is seeking an Officer 2, Depositary for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). You will perform routine depositary operations under moderate supervision and handle basic cash monitoring and documentation reviews.

You will contribute to client service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare routine asset position data, and respond to standard client inquiries while developing deeper knowledge of fund activity processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of depositary or custody operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of depositary operations and fund activity processes.

THIS ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine depositary operations with moderate supervision.You will handle straightforward depositary tasks independently while developing deeper understanding of processes and requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You'll will execute routine depositary operations and perform cash monitoring activities
• You'll will review basic transaction documentation and maintain prescribed compliance standards
• You'llwill support client service delivery and delivertechnical knowledge and conduct cash monitoring activities and review transaction documentation
• You'llwill prepare year-end asset positions and handle routine client queries
• You'llwill maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors

ABOUT YOU

• You bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• You at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in depositary or custody operations, fund administration, or similar roles, with exposure to cash monitoring and transaction review
• You strong understanding of depositary operations, regulatory compliance standards, and fund activity processes, including asset position and reporting requirements
• You proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail for reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance accuracy
• You excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
