Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a candidate in the Philippines to perform routine depositary operations with supervision, handling straightforward tasks while developing deeper process understanding. The role supports client service delivery and ensures compliance through cash monitoring and documentation review.

Qualifications

• You bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• You at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in depositary or custody operations, fund administration, or similar roles, with exposure to cash monitoring and transaction review
• You strong understanding of depositary operations, regulatory compliance standards, and fund activity processes, including asset position and reporting requirements
• You are proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail for reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance accuracy
• You are excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high‑quality standards
