Job summary

You will handle pantry services, assist in meetings, set up rooms, wash dishes, manage inventories, and perform general administrative support as needed. Start date ASAP with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• High School or vocational graduate required.
• Previous utility/housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Prefer residency in Taguig or nearby areas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of office spaces, pantry, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize office premises regularly.
• Prepare and serve beverages during meetings and events.
• Assist in setting up meetings and clean rooms before/after.
• Wash dishes and pantry utensils after use.
• Monitor pantry supplies and report low-stock items.
• Store and organize pantry items and cleaning supplies.
• Collect and dispose of office waste with proper segregation.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform other utility, housekeeping, and admin duties.
