Job summary

Philcoryou Trading Corp. in Las Piñas City is seeking a diligent housekeeping/maintenance staff to clean and sanitize offices, pantry, restrooms, and common areas. You will manage supplies, assist with basic office errands, and report safety issues to the supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling cleaning equipment, maintaining tool inventories, and performing basic repairs. A high school diploma or vocational training is required, with familiarity in facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training required.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Physical stamina, ability to lift heavy items and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Must keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Must be hardworking, flexible, result-oriented, and up to a challenge.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Las Piñas City.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize office areas, hallways, restrooms, the pantry, and common areas.
• Maintaining PANTRY cleanliness and organization by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting floors, counters, cabinets, tables, and chairs.
• Daily proper segregation, collection, and disposal of garbage in the PANTRY.
• Cleaning and sanitizing appliances such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, and water dispensers.
• Cleaning offices, conference rooms, restrooms, hallways, and warehouse areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry items as needed.
• Assist in basic office errands and support tasks.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Unpacking, stocking, and organizing supplies (pet food and cleaning products).
• Fix electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues and replace damaged fixtures or parts.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to clean for long periods and handle cleaning equipment.
• Clean and disinfect comfort rooms, ensuring toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors are sanitized at all times.
• Assist in spill response, ensuring quick and safe cleanup to prevent accidents.
• Perform spot cleaning on glass, stainless panels, seating, walls, and queuing rails.
• Liaison task to assist and be requested by another department.
• AD HOC task assigned by the Management.
