Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Previous utility/housekeeping or pantry experience is an advantage
• Resident of Taguig or nearby areas preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, service-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on an adjustable schedule

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office spaces and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize offices and pantry
• Prepare and serve beverages during meetings and events
• Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after meetings
• Monitor pantry supplies and report low stock for replenishment
• Keep pantry and office supplies organized and stored properly
• Dispose of office waste following proper waste segregation
