Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development invites applications for a role handling procurement, materials monitoring, billing, and scheduling for construction projects in NCR and provincial areas.

The ideal candidate is a BS Civil Engineer (licensed preferred) with 1–2 years of construction experience, fresh graduates welcome, and willing to be deployed to NCR and provincial projects. Immediate availability is preferred as some projects may close early.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Manage billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in preparing project expense reports, materials monitoring KPIs, and other departmental reports.
• Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor project progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
