Job summary

A construction management firm in Quezon City is looking for a civil engineering graduate to manage procurement, materials monitoring, and billing for construction projects. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, budget tracking, and project scheduling. Immediate availability is desired.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Manage billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in preparing project expense reports, materials monitoring KPIs, and other departmental reports.
• Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor project progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

About You
