Job summary

PNB Holdings Corporation is seeking a Training & Organizational Development Supervisor to support HR and Admin in planning, development, and execution of learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening the talent pool, driving OD programs, and aligning workforce competencies with company strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of functional experience in training and organization development, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Preferably, a Registered Psychometrician or related Training and OD certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports organizational development initiatives and analyzes job roles to update descriptions as needed.
• Assists in developing and revising the competency framework to align with company values and strategies.
• Participates in organizational needs analysis and recommends training or process changes.
• Assists in implementing OD policies and programs based on needs analysis and climate surveys.
• Identifies learning needs and conducts competency-based programs and development activities.
• Supports career development matrices and succession planning within PHC Academy pillars.
• Supports end-to-end performance management processes and regularization evaluations.
• Facilitates performance appraisal processes and tracks ratings in the PM system.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior and VP for HR and Admin.
