What you’ll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' independence in daily living activities
3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
5. Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
7. Actively participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest occupational therapy practices and techniques

2. Current registration and license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the Philippines
