TherapEase PH Inc. is expanding its network of Occupational Therapists to deliver home-based therapy in clients’ own environments. We welcome compassionate OTs who want to provide meaningful, client-centered care beyond traditional clinics.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with current Philippine license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized OT assessments and interventions.
• Provide home-based OT sessions tailored to client needs and goals.
• Address ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, and functional independence.
• Work with pediatric and/or adult clients based on competency.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers and care teams.
• Document sessions and maintain clinical records.
• Coordinate with TherapEase PH team on schedules and concerns.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and clinical standards.

Occupational Therapist (OT) — Home-Based Therapy
About TherapEase PH

TherapEase PH Inc. is a growing home-based therapy and developmental support provider delivering individualized services directly to clients in their homes.

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing network of Professional Partners.

This is an opportunity for OTs who are looking for a setting beyond the conventional clinic environment and want to provide meaningful, client-centered care in the client's natural environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Provide home-based OT sessions based on each client's functional needs and goals
• Address areas such as activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, visual-motor skills, functional independence, and participation
• Work with pediatric and/or adult clients depending on your clinical interests and competency
• Communicate appropriately with parents, caregivers, and other members of the client's care team
• Document sessions and maintain accurate clinical records
• Coordinate with the TherapEase PH team regarding schedules, client concerns, and service delivery
• Practice in accordance with professional, ethical, and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the Philippines
• PRC license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and client-centered
• Comfortable providing therapy in a home-based setting
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the TherapEase PH team
• Pediatric, adult, or rehabilitation experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and newly licensed OTs are welcome to apply, subject to onboarding and competency requirements
