Job summary

Role Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct, on-site therapy services to pediatric clients at Lumina Therapy & Development Center in Metro Manila. The practitioner will document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families and other care providers to support continuity of care. Responsibilities also include participating in multidisciplinary case conferences, educating caregivers on home programs, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires active collaboration with colleagues and consistent adherence to professional and ethical standards.
