Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Clinical Transformation Partner to standardize clinical pathways within Corporate Health and lead physician engagement across employed and third-party doctors.

The role owns physician behavior change, drives prevention-oriented primary care, and ensures analytics-driven interventions are clinically anchored and scalable across clinics and on-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with experience in occupational health, corporate health, or primary care.
• Experience in clinical governance, pathway standardization, or population health.
• Strong credibility with fellow physicians and comfort leading peer behavior change.
• Ability to balance clinical rigor with operational and scalability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine standardized Occupational Health and corporate primary care pathways.
• Embed risk stratification, early intervention, escalation logic, and preventive triggers into routine OH encounters.
• Define acceptable clinical variation, documentation standards, and referral discipline.
• Ensure consistent clinical decision making across clinics, on-site deployments, and third-party providers.
