Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Occupational Health Physician to manage and deliver comprehensive occupational health services for our workforce in the Philippines. You will conduct medical assessments, fitness-for-work evaluations, and case management while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

You will collaborate with HR, management, and external providers to ensure PEME/APE processes, regulatory compliance, and wellness initiatives are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an occupational health physician, preferably in a corporate clinic setting.
• Medical degree (licensed MD or equivalent) or an advanced degree in occupational medicine.
• Experience in corporate clinic settings, BPO/shared services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for work-related illnesses.
• Review PEME/APE results, provide fitness-for-work evaluations, and issue medical clearance.
• Ensure DOLE OSH compliance and support health promotion programs.
• Coordinate with HR and external providers for PEME results and documentation.
• Deliver initial management of workplace medical emergencies and coordinate hospital transfer when needed.
