Qualifications

The incumbent is expected to deliver the following:

• Coordinate and deliver primary healthcare services, including first aid, and occupational injury management
• Develop and implement health promotion and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees
• Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and education sessions to identify and address health risks
• Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and provide reports on the health status of the workforce
• Participate in the planning and implementation of emergency preparedness and response procedures
• Support the organization's efforts in creating a positive and productive work environment
