Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist with valid professional registration.
• BOSH-certified through a DOLE-accredited training provider.
• Strong English and local language communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, dental practice management, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dental consultations, assessments, and diagnosis of oral health conditions.
• Provide primary dental treatments, including prophylaxis, tooth extractions, temporary fillings, and medication prescriptions.
• Determine urgent cases and coordinate referrals or escalation when necessary.
• Promote oral health, hygiene, healthy eating habits, and preventive dental care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and reports.
• Support infection control programs and comply with workplace health and safety standards.
• Participate in dental health promotion activities and continuous professional education.
• Assist with dental clinic operations, staff training, and communication initiatives.
