Job summary

Axos is seeking a Monitoring/Incident Response Specialist to monitor dashboards and event streams, correlate signals across apps, infra, network, data and dependencies, and execute runbooks to support incident bridges. You will document evidence and recurring signal-quality issues, contributing to rapid resolution.

Correlate events, validate evidence and coordinate escalation across services; independent service-impact authority requires OBV4 proficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking, fintech or high-availability support
• SQL, scripting, cloud, APM or log-analysis exposure
• ITIL familiarity
