Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to provide senior operations engineering, event-correlation quality, and service-impact guidance. You will coach operations engineers and improve evidence quality across incident management.

Focus areas include improving handovers, runbooks, alert quality, and operational readiness while escalations for telemetry issues are raised to engineering. You will operate in a fast-paced, finance-facing environment.

• 6+ years in production operations, application support, NOC, infrastructure support or observability.
• Experience coordinating incident response or operational coverage.
• Strong cross-layer event-correlation and service-impact reasoning.
