Job summary

Surbana Jurong North Asia seeks an O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) to lead planning, coordination and timely delivery of MMSP O&M deliverables. You will drive readiness activities, onboarding and inter-program interfaces across the MMSP Master Implementation Program.

The role requires strong engineering background, English communication and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in railway/civil/mechanical/electrical/transportation engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MMSP O&M component of the Integrated O&M Program, planning and delivering deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate readiness activities, including onboarding and knowledge transfer for the concessionaire.
• Manage interfaces and dependencies with the MMSP Master Implementation Program.
• Identify and incorporate MMSP O&M requirements into the Integrated O&M Program.
• Collaborate with O&M Rule Expert on cross-project activities and interoperation.
• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and IOT members.
• Perform other duties to ensure successful delivery of consulting services.

AbouttheRole

The O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) shall lead O&M program management for MMSP.
The O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the MMSP component of the Integrated O&M Program, includingapplicable deliverables, activities, milestones, dependencies, interfaces, and successive stages of operationalcommencement

• Lead the planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities identified in the Integrated O&M Program, including their potential impact on project implementation and commercial operation timelines for the MMSP Master Implementation Program

• Lead and coordinate the MMSP O&M Concessionaire operational readiness activities, including onboarding, knowledge transfer, and progressive participation of the MMSP O&M Concessionaire in project activities

• Ensure that applicable O&M requirements in the MMSP O&M Concession Agreement are identified and incorporated in the Integrated O&M Program, assigned to the appropriate IOT functions, and monitored for compliance;

• Coordinate with the O&M Rule Expert 2 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) on cross-project activities,dependencies, and interfaces, particularly those associated with MMSP interoperation;

• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support the continuity of theIntegrated O&M Program; and

• Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline or master's degree is an advantage.
