Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Administration & Security, Power Apps, APIs & Data integration techniques.
• Experience in AI-driven automation or data analytics projects is highly desirable.
• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform or related technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with leadership to introduce agentic AI solutions and define the roadmap for intelligent automation and analytics in O365.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, and third-party systems to create seamless workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure governance, scalability, and security across all solutions.
• Conduct workshops, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and maximize ROI from O365 investments.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform updates, proactively recommending new features and capabilities.
