Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group in the Philippines seeks an O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) to lead program management for MMSP O&M. You will plan, coordinate, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of O&M-related deliverables and activities across the program.

You will drive readiness for the concessionaire, onboard knowledge transfer, align with the O&M rule expert, and ensure compliance with the concession agreement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in railway/civil/mechanical/electrical/transportation engineering or related discipline; master’s degree is an advantage.
• Male or female
• Good communication in English language

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the MMSP component of the Integrated O&M Program, including deliverables, activities, milestones, dependencies, interfaces, and stages of operational commencement
• Lead planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities within the Integrated O&M Program, considering impact on project timelines
• Lead and coordinate MMSP O&M Concessionaire readiness activities, including onboarding, knowledge transfer, and progressive participation in project activities
• Ensure O&M requirements in the MMSP O&M Concession Agreement are identified and incorporated, monitored for compliance
• Coordinate with the O&M Rule Expert on cross-project activities, dependencies, and interfaces, especially MMSP interoperation
• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support continuity of the Integrated O&M Program
• Perform other duties to ensure successful delivery of the consulting services

AbouttheRole

The O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) shall lead O&M program management for MMSP.
The O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the MMSP component of the Integrated O&M Program, includingapplicable deliverables, activities, milestones, dependencies, interfaces, and successive stages of operationalcommencement

• Lead the planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities identified in the Integrated O&M Program, including their potential impact on project implementation and commercial operation timelines for the MMSP Master Implementation Program

• Lead and coordinate the MMSP O&M Concessionaire operational readiness activities, including onboarding, knowledge transfer, and progressive participation of the MMSP O&M Concessionaire in project activities

• Ensure that applicable O&M requirements in the MMSP O&M Concession Agreement are identified and incorporated in the Integrated O&M Program, assigned to the appropriate IOT functions, and monitored for compliance;

• Coordinate with the O&M Rule Expert 2 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) on cross-project activities,dependencies, and interfaces, particularly those associated with MMSP interoperation;

• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support the continuity of theIntegrated O&M Program; and

• Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline or master’s degree is an advantage.
