• Minimum five years in a supervisory role overseeing field operations.
• Strong background in O&M, construction practices, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects and ensure timely completion
• Supervise and mentor field teams to maintain quality and productivity
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates to clients and internal teams
• Engage with public and private offices for permits and compliance
• Resolve operational or technical issues arising on-site
• Maintain project trackers and document materials daily
• Prepare progress reports for weekly and monthly reviews
• Develop SOPs and process manuals for key tasks
• Conduct site visits and uphold safety policies
