Job summary

ABSI in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Supervisor to lead multiple field projects and ensure overall success. You will provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates, manage client concerns, and coordinate with public and private offices regarding permits and procedures.

With 5+ years in a supervisory role and knowledge of O&M and construction practices, you will be deployed nationwide and must hold a valid driver's license. Compliance with company policy is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Experience coordinating field teams and projects.
• Ability to provide regular project updates and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Will manage multiple concurrent projects
• Responsible for overall success of projects being handled
• Provide project updates, daily, weekly and monthly
• Manage internal and external client concerns and expectations
• Engagement with public and private offices in relation to permits, policies and procedures
• able to handle, train, coach multiple teams handled
• Oversee and supervise field teams during activities
• Resolves/escalates problems that might arise during field activities
• Motivate team members, ensure quality of work, productivity and efficiency
• Properly document and liquidate materials used daily and update project tracker
• Provide project progress report to NBO Managers and NBO Head during WOR and MOR
• Collaborate with fellow Supervisor and NBO Managers to develop programs that will help the career progress of each subordinate
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficiency of Project Progress
• Develop end to end Process Manual for all key tasks and activities (SOP)
• May be required to go on field
• Capable in addressing related project and team concern
• Compliance with Company Code of Conduct and Policy
