Job description

、 Overall Interface: On-site O&M requirements for cloud platform software.

1． There are two sets of basic qualification requirements:

One is meet the corresponding skill requirements, obtain cloudplatform operations and maintenance skills certification (Alibaba L3), and pass the interview conducted by Alibaba’s technical lead.

The other is meet the corresponding skill requirements and pass the interview conducted by Alibaba’s technical lead. Alibaba L3 certification is not required.

2． Typically, one project requires about 5 person (need 7*24 shift rotation).

3． There is a lead time of 3-5 months from outsourcing tender to on-site entry.The general O&M cycle for projects is 1-5 years, requiring a work visa. Language requirements vary: some projects require only English, others require both Chinese and English.

4． Second-line and Third-line support is provided by cloud platform vendors（Ali、Tencent）; outsourcing vendors need only consider first-line on-site personnel.

2、Qualification Requirements

I. Basic Requirements

1. Education / Major: Diploma, bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related majors.

2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of cloud O&M experience; cloud platform O&M experience is preferred. Familiar with enterprise-level IT O&M processes and standards.

3. Compliance Requirements: No record of cybersecurity violations; strict compliance with data confidentiality agreements; good professional ethics and risk awareness.

4. Must pass the interview conducted by Alibaba Cloud’s original vendor O&M manager. Or have O&M L3 certification.

5. Able to communicate proficiently in English.

6. Must hold work visa.

II. Core Technical Competencies

1. Cloud Platform Skills: Familiar with the operation and configuration of Alibaba Cloud core products (ECS/RDS/SLB/Redis/OSS, etc.); familiar with cloud resource monitoring, scaling, troubleshooting, and cost optimization.

2. Operating Systems and Scripting: In-depth knowledge of Linux system (CentOS/Ubuntu) O&M; familiar with Shell script development.

3. Containers and Orchestration: Familiar with Docker container technology; understanding of the core architecture and working principles of Kubernetes (K8s); able to independently complete cluster deployment, monitoring, fault handling, and resource scheduling optimization.

4. Monitoring and Alerting: Familiar with mainstream monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/Zabbix/ELK) and able to quickly locate and respond to alerts.

5. Security Operations: Familiar with cloud platform security configuration (security groups, firewalls, vulnerability scanning); familiar with data backup and disaster recovery strategies; basic awareness of cybersecurity defense and attack.

6. Infrastructure: Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, VLAN/OSPF and other network technologies; familiar with daily maintenance of products such as Nginx and MySQL.

III. Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications: Candidates holding authoritative certifications such as Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, AWS SAA, TCE，etc. are preferred.

2. Project Experience: Candidates with development or O&M experience in well-known enterprises are preferred.

IV. Comprehensive Qualities

1. Stress Tolerance: Able to adapt to a 5x8 or 7x24 shift system, willing to provide holiday duty, and capable of responding to incidents in a timely manner (on-site within 30 minutes).

2. Collaboration and Communication: Possess good cross-functional communication and coordination skills, and be able to work efficiently with development, product, and cloud vendor teams.

3. Responsibility: Careful and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, and high attention to system stability and data security.

4. Learning Ability: Proactively keep up with cloud computing and cloud-native technology trends, and have the ability to quickly master new technologies.
