Maxicare Health Care in Laguna is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations, set clinical standards, and mentor teams to ensure patient-centered care with excellence.

You will oversee daily clinic activities, guide staff, ensure safe, high-quality service delivery, maintain documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives; requires BS Nursing with PRC license and 2–4 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing graduate with valid PRC license required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare.
• Strong clinical operations background and patient-centered care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer systems; multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate nursing operations by implementing best practices and improving workflows.
• Supervise daily clinic nursing activities to ensure efficiency, quality care, and standards compliance.
• Mentor and coach nurses to foster growth, accountability, and high performance.
• Serve as a role model in clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
• Address staff concerns while upholding policies and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to improve patient experience and service delivery.
• Monitor care quality, documentation, infection control, and safety protocols; support quality initiatives.
• Prepare and submit operational and clinical reports.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer ensuring regulatory compliance.
