Job summary

Universal College of Parañaque is seeking a Nursing Professor to deliver quality nursing education through classroom instruction, clinical supervision, and student assessment. You will prepare instructional materials, guide students in developing nursing competencies, and ensure alignment with the curriculum and standards.

The role requires an RN with PRC license, a Master’s in Nursing or related field, and 2–3 years of relevant teaching or nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN with a valid PRC license.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2–3 years of teaching or nursing experience.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Knowledge of nursing theories and current practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures, discussions, and other instructional activities in nursing subjects.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
• Conduct examinations, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise students during clinical duties and laboratory activities.
• Guide students in developing proper nursing skills, professional ethics, and patient care practices.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic activities, and curriculum development.
• Ensure that teaching practices comply with institutional policies and applicable academic standards.
