Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in teaching.
• Prior teaching or clinical-instructor experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, classroom management, clinical supervision, student assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned BS Nursing subjects in classroom and clinical settings.
• Facilitate classroom, laboratory, and clinical learning activities.
• Supervise students during clinical duty and ensure patient-safety standards.
• Assess and document student learning and clinical competencies.
• Develop course syllabi, instructional materials, examinations, and other learning resources.
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Participate in curriculum review and quality-assurance activities.
• Engage in research, community extension, and professional activities.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practice, education, and relevant regulations.
• Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the institution.
