Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking US-licensed nurses in the Philippines to support Nurse Case Management for workers’ compensation claims.

You will provide clinical-administrative support under the Nurse Case Manager, ensuring timely communications, medical documentation, and file updates. The role requires active PH and US licenses, at least 1 year US healthcare experience, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• An active nursing license in the Philippines and the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting US healthcare.
• Experience in Workers’ Compensation or case management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to follow jurisdictional and client-specific requirements with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confirm injured worker contact methods and document approved communications.
• Ensure communications comply with jurisdictional requirements and protocols.
• Send welcome packets and medical records release when allowed and confirm receipt.
• Provide updates on injured worker status and document uploads in the file.
• Record provider information including name, specialty, and contact details.
• Prepare and send pre-appointment letters to medical providers as directed.
• Import savings data from ancillary services for final report.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
