Job summary

National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore is seeking an experienced nurse to lead nursing care standards for Neuro Endovascular and Neuroscience Clinic. The role requires close collaboration with the Neuroscience Clinic Operations Team, Neuroradiology Team and Clinical Heads.

You will influence policies and guidelines and act as a clinical resource for the assessment and management of patients with complex problems. A nursing degree and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or its equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing in perioperative area preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Agreeable with on-calls and shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate nursing standards for Neuro Endovascular and Neuroscience Clinic.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assessing,developing, implementing, and evaluating the standards of Nursing care for Neuro Endovascular and Neuroscience Clinic. You will work closely with nurses, Neuroscience Clinic Operations Team, Neuroradiology Team and Clinical Heads to discuss and implement new services, policies and guidelines for services within Neuroradiology and Neuroscience Clinic. You will also serve as the clinical resource person in nursing assessment and management of patient with complex problems.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Nursing or its equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing in the area of Perioperative is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Possesses good communication skills and a good team player
• Agreeable with on-calls and shift work
