Role Description

The Nurse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Philippines, supporting nursing staff in delivering direct patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, and helping maintain patient comfort and safety. The Nurse Assistant will take and record vital signs, support basic clinical procedures under supervision, and promptly report changes in patient conditions to the assigned nurse. The role also involves maintaining clean and organized patient areas, transporting patients and specimens as needed, and accurately documenting care in accordance with hospital policies. Collaboration with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members is essential to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
