Job summary

Qualifications

• Foundational clinical support skills including vital signs and patient hygiene.
• Strong patient care orientation with compassionate service.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Basic documentation and organizational skills for patient records.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant/Nursing Aide training program; licensure preferred in PH.
• Previous hospital experience is an advantage but not required for trained candidates.
• Ability to work full-time on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the assigned nurse.
• Support basic clinical procedures under supervision.
• Maintain clean and organized patient areas and transport patients/specimens as needed.
• Document care accurately and follow hospital policies.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
