Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corporation is seeking a Nurse to provide healthcare services for employees at the workplace. The role focuses on first aid, basic health assessments, and health monitoring to ensure the well‑being of staff.

You will maintain confidential medical records, administer prescribed treatments, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed to support a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees.
• Conduct basic health assessments and monitor employees’ medical conditions.
• Attend to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized by a physician.
• Monitor and maintain adequate medical supplies and equipment.
• Conduct health and wellness programs, including health awareness activities.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Coordinate referrals and transportation to hospitals or medical facilities when needed.
• Prepare medical reports and incident documentation.
• Ensure the clinic or first-aid station is clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Support the Safety Officer and project management in promoting workplace health and safety.
• Perform other duties related to employee health and medical services as assigned.
