Job summary

The PMO Manager at Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. will establish, maintain, and enforce NPI standards across the factory, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered in line with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 years experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS and 3 years in NPI/production leadership.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing transfer, and ramp-up management.
• Familiarity with project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality).
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and enforce NPI standards across the factory.
• Governance, dashboards, and portfolio visibility for executive decisions.
• Coordinate shared resources and minimize project conflicts.
• Provide project management training and coaching.
