Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Launch and Change Management Team Leader at our Irapuato plant to drive successful product launches and engineering changes across the full product life cycle. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure HELLA process compliance, and coordinate with Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to optimize cost and timing.

The role requires a university degree in Engineering or related field, 5–6 years in automotive manufacturing, and strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
5–6 years of experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.
Proven experience leading NPI and NPD launches is expected.
Strong project and change management skills are essential.
Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide the Launch and Change Management team at the plant.
Ensure successful product launches and engineering changes throughout the life cycle.
Monitor KPIs, report progress to Plant/Regional management, and take corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to HELLA standards and PEP processes across projects.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics.
Develop and implement cost improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation and master data management across programs.
