Job summary

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:

• Lead Serial Life Core Team as functional Manager.
• Meet financial targets (Serial Life cost vs sales), no impact Ol.
• Plan and execute all activities which contributes to implement the Serial Life changes following the Specific Customer Requirements and according with
• FORVIA Procedures.
• Plan and coordinate all activities which contribute to Serial Life Program success.

The main missions of the role are:

• Identify potential risks and opportunities. Ensure risk management and alert process.
• Arbitrate top issues internally or externally within the Program.
• Act as official FORVIA Program representative, towards the customer to support its expectations while preserving company from risk exposure (like Engineering change, planning).
• Communicate and report relevant Program status to secure proper management support on program issues.
• Management the serial core team and ensure cooperation with the functions and the plant.
• Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level: Bachelor´s in Engineering: 5 years of experience on manufacturing area, process engineering, manufacturing engineering or Program Management.

Experience:

• Experience in Engineering and manufacturing in automotive sector.
• Demonstrate product and process engineer experience.
• Team management experience.
• Experience in budget control and profit enhancement.
• 3 years' experience as Program Manager is a plus.
