Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree with a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Preferable experience as Account/Sales Officer in a non-life brokerage.
• Excellent written and oral communication with good product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Takes calls and handles inquiries from clients, insurance companies, and BDO branches and acts promptly.
• Negotiates terms with insurers and BDOI units to fit client needs.
• Prepares documentation using BDOI system (renewal advice, quotation slips, proposals, placement slips, cover notes).
• Reviews policies issued by insurers before sending to clients.
