Job summary

Sapient Solutions - Sgs is seeking a Travel Account Associate in the Philippines. The role involves handling bookings, inquiries, and changes with care, and providing options, rates, and itineraries. Training is provided, with a base salary up to 25K plus monthly commissions.

You will process reservations, cancellations, and adjustments, resolve issues, and maintain precise records while aiming for high customer satisfaction and productivity. Flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• No travel experience required—training provided.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus but not required.
