Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an Analyst in Retail Banking Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences across chat, voice, video, email, and messaging channels. You will support customers with payments, cards, online banking, and other retail banking products and services, processing requests accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
