Job summary

ADM General Santos is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis and chemical testing as outlined in the Work Instruction Manual. The role requires operating laboratory equipment per the Equipment Manual and reporting deviations to the Laboratory Supervisor.

Responsibilities include sample assessment, wet chemistry and mycotoxin analyses, data recording, COA issuance, and ensuring GLP, safety, and proper disposal of chemical waste.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Chemist or Licensed Chemical Technician.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and segregate samples for analysis according to the QC plan.
• Carry out wet chemistry and mycotoxin analyses of materials per procedures.
• Verify accuracy of test results using QC samples and monitor trends.
• Record analytical data and standardization activities for traceability.
• Prepare reagents, standardize procedures, and monitor expiry dates.
• Input test results into the approved lab reporting template and issue COAs.
