Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide end-user support, diagnose and resolve basic to moderate IT problems, and document recurring tasks. This night-shift role works with the Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams to keep users productive.

The ideal candidate will log incidents, restore services within SLA targets, protect confidential information, and drive continuous service improvement while delivering professional, customer-focused support.

Qualifications

• BS in IT or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Exchange/Outlook.
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Restore service within SLA targets and deliver professional support.
• Protect confidential information and maintain security standards.
• Drive continuous service improvement.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and backup support for the team.
• Work closely with Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams.
