Job summary

Select VoiceCom in Cebu City seeks a healthcare admissions coordinator to process patient admissions into our EMR for home health services. You will coordinate care by assigning case managers and clinicians to ensure 48-hour admissions and follow up on inquiries related to patient admissions and staff availability.

The role supports initial Plan of Care development, scheduling, and day-to-day workflow for field staff.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent phone skills for inbound/outbound calling.
• Hospital or medical office experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
• Able to work with computers and different software packages (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).
• Willing to start ASAP and commit to full-time night shift.
• Willing to work on weekends and overtime when needed.
• Looking for a long-term position and able to work with remotely located teammates.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes patient admission into EMR system for home health services.
• Coordinate care by assigning case manager and clinician to ensure 48 hour admission.
• Follow up on inquiries related to patient admission and staff availability.
• Assist in establishing the initial Plan of Care and plotting tasks to staff schedule.
• Perform coordination duties to support day to day workflow of field staff.
