Job summary

Select VoiceCom is seeking a detail‑oriented admissions coordinator to join our Cebu team. You will process patient admissions into our EMR system, assign case managers and clinicians, and ensure 48‑hour intake while coordinating with the placement and nursing teams for seamless service delivery.

This full‑time night-shift role requires strong English communication, multitasking across multiple calendars, and readiness to grow with our healthcare‑focused call center.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Good English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong phone skills for inbound/outbound calls.
• Hospital or medical office experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
• Ability to use computers and software packages (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ready to take new responsibilities and grow professionally.
• Willing to work with a team, even remotely located.
• Available for occasional overtime work.
• Ready to start ASAP.
• Willing to work full-time night shift and weekends.
• Looking for a long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes patient admission into our agency's EMR system for home health services.
• Coordinate care by assigning case manager and clinician to ensure 48 hour admission.
• Follow up on inquiries related to patient admission and staff availability.
• Assist in establishing the initial Plan of Care and plotting of tasks to staff schedule.
• Perform coordination duties to support day to day work flow of our field staff.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Answer inbound calls and explain services.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments and managing 15+ calendars.
• Supporting the Placement Team with staffing requests.
• Assisting nursing, therapists and administrative team as needed.
