Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a wafer fab production team in a night-shift, compressed schedule environment. You will work with engineers and supervisors to achieve business goals, motivate staff, and develop others while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include planning policies, staffing, 5S implementation, resolving issues, ensuring rapid lot movement, and communicating changes with engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or manufacturing-related field is required.
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer policies and procedures
• Make recommendations on direct/indirect labor
• Support and implement direct labor staffing plan for 300mm fab manufacturing team
• Lead and implement 5S efforts and projects to resolve issues in a highly automated factory
• Support and execute a priority lot protocol for rapid movement of critical lots
• Select and develop personnel to ensure efficient production operation
• Escalate production issues in a timely and effective manner
• Learn processes to prevent scrap, improve quality and reduce cycle time
• Communicate process changes and production goals with engineering teams
