Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong data entry experience and slod research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be attentive to management questions and meetings.
• Technical proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office and Financial Systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities
• Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies
• Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close
• Collaborate with AP team for best practices and process improvement
