Job summary

NCR Atleos in Cebu City is seeking an Install Bridge Line Associate to support deployment and installation of NCR and customer solutions. You will coordinate with field engineers, project managers, and technicians to schedule activities, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and basic project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to non-standard hours for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related education/experience.
• PC proficient (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Can work with minimum supervision, customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Basic Project Management knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily schedule installation activities and provides status updates.
• Creates installation scheduling requests and ensures activities are scheduled per SOW.
• Coordinates with project managers to obtain site information for scheduling.
• Works with field service resources to confirm technician schedules.
• Collaborates with Bridge Line Associates to monitor site assignments and data updates.
• Updates equipment/services data in Quickbase or similar system.
• Escalates issues to maintain rollout schedule and closes them.
• Develops and assists in rollout schedule management and updates.
