Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer scheduling requests via email, external system, or web form.
• Create and assign dispatch tickets for customer engineers and third parties.
• Update project systems (Service Now, QuickBase) and track shipments.
• Provide survey/installation documentation to technicians and maintain team mailboxes.
• Analyze call data for transactional billing and extract data from databases.
