Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Dental Billing Specialist to join our team supporting a United States client. The role focuses on accurate billing, insurance verification, and claims submission using Denticon in a fast-paced dental practice environment.

You will review accounts, submit electronic claims, follow up on unpaid claims, verify coverage, and manage payments with attention to detail. Experience with dental billing and patient communication is required.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of dental billing experience.
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in performing inbound/outbound calls.
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in calling insurance companies for insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Review patient accounts and bills for accuracy, completeness, and proper billing distribution.
• Prepare and submit electronic claims using Denticon billing software.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and monitor accounts within established billing timelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage, handling at least 55 insurance verifications daily.
• Review insurance payments, bill secondary/tertiary coverage, and ensure contract discounts are accurate.
• Collect co-pays, issue receipts, post and reconcile payments, and maintain accurate billing data.
