Job summary

Uberall is seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to lead the Data Operations team in the Philippines. You will drive operational excellence, oversee high-volume processes, and ensure accurate, timely execution across the organization during night hours.

The role requires 2–4 years of team leadership in data operations, a proven track record in process automation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coach and mentor staff while partnering with senior management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of operations professionals with coaching and mentorship.
Develop and execute the team’s operational strategy and policies.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and streamlined workflows.
Plan and allocate resources including scheduling and capacity planning.
Establish clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback to team members.
Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create and maintain regular operational reports and analyze data for insights.
