Foundever® is hiring for a BPO sales-focused role in Metro Manila (Makati/Alabang/Mandaluyong). The position requires a strong sales background, excellent persuasive communication, and the ability to negotiate. Night shift is required; English communication is essential.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company. Earn up to PHP 70,000 salary package plus up to PHP 20,000 signing bonus, depending on site.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to convince, persuade and demonstrate negotiation skills.
• Experience in upselling and BPO/call center environments.
• Basic computer usage and internet navigation.
• Willingness to work fixed graveyard/night shift.
• Proficiency in English required.
