Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business Admin/Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update customer master records in SAP and other systems.
• Review data requests for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in master data.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
• Support data governance initiatives and adhere to data management standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Monitor data quality metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manage large volumes of customer data with accuracy and efficiency.
