Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive customer care associate to handle inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.

You will provide product information, update orders, and support customers through order processing, refunds, and shipments from our Ortigas, Pasig location. The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask across high volumes while using CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting e-commerce or online retail businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, order status updates, and general support to customers.
• Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges using Shopify.
• Manage customer accounts, update order details, and track shipments.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive brand experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, fulfillment, marketing) as needed.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
